I’m passionate about working with people who are looking for unique flooring that will stand the test of time without having to search far and wide.
After growing up in the flooring business, I realized a lot of people viewed flooring as a grudge purchase. The industry can be overwhelming even for experts so I knew it would be especially difficult as a consumer. There are often too many choices, price points, and qualities available. I created Dane & Jute to reduce the overwhelm and only offer the best of quality and design available. I took an entire year to source out the best brands available, choosing brands that aren't otherwise available in Northumberland.
My main focus is offering one-on-one design consultations for flooring, rugs, and home decor. Port Hope was the perfect place for my shop and I've created the most inspiring design space I've ever come across in the flooring industry.
